Company Driver
If you’re interested in driving our truck and trailer as a professional company driver, you’ll enjoy a reliable and rewarding position with weekly earnings averaging $1,700–$2,300, steady 2,500–3,200 miles per week, and consistent weekly home time.
You’ll benefit from no forced dispatch, performance and loyalty bonuses, plus detention and layover pay, all paid through direct deposit every Friday. Drivers run well-maintained Volvo trucks, receive paid orientation, and we’re looking for professionals with at least 2 years of experience and a clean record.
Owner Operator
If you’re an Owner Operator looking for strong earning potential with reliable support, this position offers up to 88% of load gross, with weekly averages around $5,000–$10,000 gross. You’ll enjoy 99% no-touch freight, no forced dispatch, and access to helpful programs like fuel support and maintenance assistance, allowing you to stay productive, profitable, and independent while working with a professional and supportive carrier.
We provide trailer rental, parking, safety and maintenance support, and handle permits and IFTA, with an escrow required. Trucks must pass DOT inspection, and we welcome drivers with at least 1 year of experience.
